Save the Date WWU Rugby Community!

Join us for the Annual Blue & White Dinner Auction on March 8, 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Bellingham Cruise Terminal in Bellingham, WA.

This exciting evening will feature live and silent auctions, a delicious dinner, and a wonderful opportunity to connect with Alumni, Supporters & Friends as well as Team players and their families.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Western Washington University Men's Rugby Alumni Association who directly support our WWU Men’s Rugby Club and the development of rugby at many other levels.

We need your help!

  • Donate an auction item: We are actively seeking exciting and unique Live & Silent Auction items. Your generous contribution will make a significant impact on our team's success.
  • Centerpiece Rugby Ball Sponsor: We are looking for sponsors for rugby balls to be used as centerpieces at the dinner auction and throughout the season. The balls will include the sponsor’s logo and they will be added to the website as an auction sponsor.  Interested parties can connect directly with Jeff Lombard at jeff@iarugby.com
  • Volunteer your time: We need enthusiastic volunteers to help with various aspects of the event, from set-up and registration to assisting with the auction.
